Features
Supports F-Mount wide-area area scanning and line scanning (30mm diagonal). With autofocus enabled, it can perform tracking focus while moving. Single focus is completed within 0.3 seconds using a linear CCD light signal analysis. With a 20X objective lens and a field of view of 2.24 μm, the repeatability is ±0.74 μm, and it can be used with long-working-distance microscopes. Minimum motor resolution: 0.078 μm (1 pulse). Easy to operate, suitable for multitasking, and quick to set up.

When using two line sensors: when the system goes out of focus, the required tracking direction can be determined by calculating the A and B signals, thus improving tracking performance.
