Features
Supporting F-Mount, it supports wide-area and line scanning (30mm diagonal). When autofocus mode is enabled, it enables mobile tracking. Single focus is completed in 0.3 seconds using a linear CCD optical signal analysis. Using a 20X objective lens with a field of view of 2.24 μm, repeatability is ±0.74 μm, and it is compatible with microscopes with long working distances. Minimum motor resolution: 0.078 μm (1 pulse). Easy operation, suitable for multi-tasking observations, and fast installation.

When using two line sensors: When the system loses focus, the required tracking direction can be determined by calculating the A and B signals, improving tracking performance.
