Hunson® 3D Camera


A highly integrated 3D structured light scanning system can complete a full-surface scan without moving the camera or with the object being measured stationary. This reduces the cost of mechanism design and hardware configuration. Installation, adjustment, and maintenance are also simpler.

Phase-shifting structured light technology

The Hunson® 3D camera uses phase-shifting structured light technology. The basic principle of this technology is to project a series of 2D patterns containing specific spatial phases onto the object being measured, while simultaneously photographing the object. The resulting images are then subjected to phase analysis, and the information is calculated based on the feedback coordinate data to reconstruct 3D data. Line laser technology and phase-shifting structured light technology are both based on the principle of triangulation, therefore their accuracy is similar. Because structured light technology projects light onto an entire surface, it can generate 3D data without the need for moving or stitching.


Hunson® HND Series


The Hunson® HND series 3D cameras feature hardware parallel computing technology, a system architecture optimized for structured light technology, and a high-resolution CMOS sensor, enabling them to capture images with a resolution of up to 3.2 megapixels, meeting customers' needs for high-resolution image output for X and Y direction measurement or positioning.

Hunson® 3D Camera HNS Series


With powerful performance and high speed, the HNS series can reach up to 20.3 FPS, at least twice that of other similar products. It also boasts high accuracy, with single-point repeatability 20 times higher than the HD series and area repeatability more than doubled. Users have more options and can more flexibly achieve imaging effects tailored to their applications through parameter settings.

Instant Automatic HDR (Patented Technology)

The HNS series features high sensitivity and an ultra-wide dynamic range, enabling it to capture differences in the reflectivity of the subject and achieve real-time self-adjustment of camera parameters during single-frame shooting, i.e., real-time automatic HDR.

When using this function to photograph different products, or similar products with individual or batch differences, no manual parameter adjustment is required, which greatly advances the project process and redefines the implementation of 3D vision projects!


Rich hardware features

The HNS series integrates hardware algorithm circuitry to perform post-processing functions for camera point clouds, including noise reduction, patching, and flypoint removal; the newly added hardware RT matrix transformation function facilitates image stitching; and the new range checking function can filter out invalid point clouds, saving computing resources!
