Digital constant current controller

The digital constant current controller achieves precise adjustment of light source brightness through PWM control. It combines the stable voltage output of an analog controller with all the functions of a digital controller.
▶ Application Scope
Suitable for scenarios requiring stable output current. Each channel is individually adjustable with a digital knob operation. It can communicate with a PC via RS232, has power-off save function, overload protection, external trigger, and can switch between high/low/flat modes. It can be fixed with screws by removing the feet.
▶ Controller parameters

  • 1. Display "F001", power-on detection: Channel 1 has no current error. 2. Display "F002", power-on detection: Channel 2 has no current error. 3. Display "F000", power-on detection: Channels 1 and 2 both have current error. 4. CH1-CH2 display the brightness level (0-999) of the corresponding channel. 5. CH3 displays high and low levels, "H" for high level, "L" for low level.
  • RS232: Serial communication interface.
  • Button adjustment: "CH" switches channels; " ", "-" adjusts values or switches functions.
  • Trigger interface: Synchronizes light source output via external DC5-24V trigger signal.
  • AC socket and switch: Input voltage AC100-240V, 50/60Hz.
  • Light source, fan, ID resistor detection interface: 1 , 2- connect to light source; 3 , 4- connect to fan; 4, 6 connect to ID resistor; 5 empty.
