Light source and light source controller

Digital controller

Digital controllers achieve precise adjustment of light source brightness through PWM control. They are simple in structure, easy to operate, and are the most commonly used type of controller, suitable for most occasions. They are also compatible with serial communication, network communication, and triggering functions.
▶ Application Scope
  • Simple to operate, each channel is individually adjustable
  • Button operation, simple and easy to understand
  • It can communicate with a PC via RS232 or Ethernet port.
  • It has power failure saving function
  • It has overload protection function
  • External trigger high/low level switchable
▶ Control Panel Instructions

  • 1. CH1-CH4 display the brightness level (0-255) of the corresponding channel. 2. CH5 displays high and low levels, "H" for high level and "L" for low level. 3. CH6 displays high and low frequencies, with 300K and 100K frequencies selectable. 4. CH7-CH8 display the third and fourth bits of the IP address. 5. CH9 displays high and low baud rates, "1" for high baud rate (115200) and "0" for low baud rate (19200).
  • Button adjustment: "CH" switches channels; " " and "-" adjust values or switch functions.
  • Trigger and 24V voltage output interface: Synchronous output of the light source via external DC5-24V trigger signal; "24V" and "GND" output voltage DC24V interface.
  • Ethernet port: Serial communication interface.
  • RS232: Serial communication interface.
  • AC socket: Input voltage AC100-240V, 50/60Hz.
  • Power switch: Controller power switch.
  • Light source interface: SM3P female connector interface, with 4 light output channels, each independently controllable.
