H35A7 Series


▶ Product Introduction
New technological breakthroughs: We independently developed and launched the first spectral confocal displacement sensor with independent input and output light, and separated channel optical fiber, which reduces optical path interference by more than 50% compared to traditional optical fibers, solving decades of problems in the industry. The highest test accuracy reaches sub-micron level, and the thinnest transparent film can be measured at 8μm. Ultra-high measurement accuracy is at the industry-leading level, and the product resolution can reach 1nm level. We independently developed a spectral confocal lens with a static repeatability of 10nm, a light spot as small as 3μm, a clearer optical path, and ultra-high resolution that can accurately separate and measure the reflected light from the surface and back of ultra-thin film samples. High stability: We independently developed an optical structure with a stable and precise optical system, no harsh environment, and stable measurement. We use highly efficient and accurate peak capture and filtering processing algorithms. We can accurately and quickly capture the peak wavelength to ensure the linearity of the measurement accuracy of the spectral confocal sensor.
