Regional fiber optic sensing head
- The wide range of fiber optic products is suitable for detecting the presence or absence of products, and is also very suitable for products whose positions are not constant and for products with complex shapes.
- A variety of range sizes are available, with the largest range up to 100mm.
Regional
- Uniform light intensity distribution: Regional large-area fiber optic models, through built-in lenses, ensure uniform light distribution and seamless connection within the area. Compared to array-type models, they can detect smaller products and detect more subtle changes during displacement detection.
Array type
- The optical axis alignment is simple: the fiber core is fixed in an array, which widens the optical axis and facilitates alignment. The interior of the housing is filled with resin to prevent external dust and dirt from affecting the sensing effect.
- The mounting screw holes are designed with a groove shape, which makes it easy to adjust the optical axis to find the position with the highest value through the amplifier.

Small optical fiber sensor head
- The lens section serves as a fixed structure and allows for adjustment of the light spot size. When changing the product being detected, there is no need to change the sensor's position; the light spot size (diameter range of 0.9-3.5mm) can be adjusted by changing the depth of the optical fiber inserted into the lens.
- Despite the built-in lens, the sensor's outer diameter is still controlled at Φ3mm, achieving a 0.1mm light spot focusing at a distance of 5mm, resulting in higher sealing stability compared to rear-mounted lenses. It can be installed in confined spaces.

Miniature beam fiber optic sensing head
- A narrow beam refers to an optical fiber sensor with a small optical axis diameter. Due to its small diameter, it is ideal for inspecting micro-components, such as connector pins with small spacing, and is also used for bending detection, positioning of extremely small components, etc.
Fine-wire induction head
- The fine-diameter small-beam fiber optic cable adopts core wire diameters of 0.125, 0.25, and 0.5 mm, and the minimum diameter of the sensor head can be as small as 1.0 mm, making it very suitable for installation in confined spaces.
Narrow beam sensor head
- The standard fiber optic sensor has an opening angle of 60°. When the installation space is relatively narrow or there is a possibility of light deflection, a narrow beam sensor can more easily achieve the desired effect. The opening angle of a narrow beam sensor is generally below 6°, and can be as small as 2°.
